Refund Policy

This page restates the refund terms already covered in our Terms of Use, gathered here for quick reference.
Refunds Are Not Automatic
If a refund is approved, it's recorded on your order and the ticket is voided, but the money itself is returned outside of EvenTickets (for example, through the payment gateway's own merchant tools) — none of the payment gateways EvenTickets integrates with currently offer an automated refund API.
Cancelled or Postponed Events
If an event is cancelled or postponed, the decision on refunds rests with the event's organizer; EvenTickets facilitates the refund at the organizer's instruction.
Requesting a Refund
Contact support@myeventickets.com if you believe a refund is owed, including your order number and the reason for the request.
